Carta Valley Market is a very unique business that offers an eclectic shopping experience, with an old fashioned Soda Shop inside!

Be captivated with their supersized vintage and antique commercial decor from yesteryear, while enjoying shopping amidst a variety of vintage and modern day gift items including apparel, kitchen interests and fun collectibles. But to complete the Carta Valley Market experience, one must visit the old fashioned Soda Shop with its wide variety of lunch items (including a delicious chicken salad) and it’s soda shop extravaganza with hand dipped Blue Bell Ice Cream, candy and fudge, old fashioned shakes and malts, and even banana splits!

You will find them just off of Hwy 35 in downtown West Columbia, Texas, and on Facebook & Instagram!

Monday thru Friday: 10 am to 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 4 pm
Sunday: Closed

Hoping to find a couple of last minute Christmas gifts, I stopped in to shop, intending to get in and out as quick as possible. While I did happily find several gift items, I was so intrigued by the decor, I ended up getting lunch and lingering for over an hour. Carta Valley Market is a fun place to shop!
