Sure, you could purchase packaged croutons from the supermarket, but croutons are simply something entirely too easy to make yourself to justify having them any other way than homemade.

- Gluten free bread (I used Udi’s Gluten Free Delicious Soft White Sandwich Bread)
- Butter
- Minced Garlic
- Poultry Seasoning (or your favorite seasoning blend)
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper

Easy Gluten Free Croutons

- ½ loaf bread {approximately 6 ounces or 6 slices of sandwich bread}
- ¼ cup butter or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Lay sliced bread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Melt butter in a bowl.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter.
- Baste 1/2 of the butter-garlic mixture onto the bread slices.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper onto the buttered bread.
- Flip seasoned bread over and repeat the basting and seasoning steps.
- Stack the bread slices and cut into 3/4 inch cubes.
- Spread the bread cubes evenly across the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until golden (for approximately 5 to 10 minutes), turning halfway through.
