Ingredients
  

  • ½ loaf bread {approximately 6 ounces or 6 slices of sandwich bread}
  • ¼ cup butter or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Lay sliced bread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

  • Melt butter in a bowl.

  • Add minced garlic to the melted butter.
  • Baste 1/2 of the butter-garlic mixture onto the bread slices.

  • Sprinkle 1/2 of the poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper onto the buttered bread.

  • Flip seasoned bread over and repeat the basting and seasoning steps.
  • Stack the bread slices and cut into 3/4 inch cubes.

  • Spread the bread cubes evenly across the baking sheet.

  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until golden (for approximately 5 to 10 minutes), turning halfway through.
